I should have posted this a month ago, since he started crawling before Christmas. That's right, my baby is crawling...
This video is one of the first times he actually put it all together and, as you can see, was successful in reaching his destination. He was fascinated with the Christmas tree and if you'll notice in the video, one of the branches was already missing it's lights. I usually keep the tree up until New Years, but can you blame me for taking it down early this year?
And after the tree came down it seemed only obvious that Lucas had to find something else to get into. Guess what he went straight for?
He hasn't actually tried the dog food yet but we've caught him, more then once, with a handful or two. I didn't know by having a baby I would also be getting a new puppy. Isn't he cute?
And finally... after weeks of convincing, we decided to give Lucas his first haircut. He truly was in desperate need of a new do; I seemed to be one of the few who actually thought his comb-over was cute! Cute, but CRAZY!! This was before...

It was seriously like 3 1/2 inches long! And so dark!! We held it up to his head after it was off and it was like night and day. Poor kid- someday he'll be mad at me for making him have it for so long. Not only that, but now my baby's hair is all gone! He's growing up way too fast!
He's as handsome as ever and now that it's gone, I can say that I wish we would have cut it sooner! What was I thinking?!?!
